Résumé
This article approaches an analysis of the theoretical fundaments arguedby those who study relationships between parents and children after divorce. Itaims to introduce data, referred to these works, revealed by two groups: the firstformed by professionals who function within the Family Law System and the second,members of an Association of separated couples. Analysis of the presuppositionsused by the two groups show distinctive comprehensions: while the Parents Associationlooks for guaranteeing their children s rights to a familiar acquaintanceship, the otherconcerns on the controversies of custody and access.
